Sea Glass Beach is a beach that is just covered in sea glass. It is a little down shore from a beach called Black Bay Beach where 75+ years ago the garbage company used to burn the garbage and let the debris float out to sea. Not a pretty picture, right? Well, thankfully they no longer burn trash on the beach, but as a result much of the glass from those days has washed onto the neighboring beach, which is now preserved so that many generations can see this amazing site.
If you look closely in this picture to the left of the rocks you can see a crane!
