We have been using the Horizons books to introduce some preschool/K readiness skills. Right now they're working on tracing letters and matching numbers to groups of items. They love it and don't even realize it's supposed to be work instead of play.
Oh, Looking at this again I noticed there may need to be some work on how to hold scissors for cutting. :~} Actually as a former kindergarten teacher, I think they are doing amazingly well!!
We live in Bermuda with our identical twin boys, Eli and Charlie, born in October 2010. While Brad zooms off to town for work on his scooter, Amy and the boys explore the island from a toddler's vantage point. This is the day to day life with all its joys and challenges for a family of Midwesterners who are learning to call this lovely, little rock in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean "home."
They certainly look like they are having a great time!
ReplyDeleteLove you, Grandma
