This is the three layer cake decorated as a rubix cube that Brad made by hand for my birthday. Why the theme of 3? I'm certainly NOT 30! 27 is the perfectly cubed number... 3x3x3. Leave it to all the math minds out there! It was a huge surprise and a huge cake!
